Brave is the quiet, steady courage that comes from knowing yourself.

Bold is the moment you choose to act with intention, communicate honestly, and step into the conversation instead of around it.

Brilliant is the outcome — the clarity, alignment and progress that emerges when conflict is handled well.

What We Do

Why It Matters

We believe that growth happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported. Our workshops, profiling sessions, and team consulting experiences are designed to unlock self‑awareness, strengthen communication, and create environments where confidence can thrive.

Confidence isn’t taught — it’s cultivated. When people understand themselves and each other, they perform better, lead better, and feel better.

Confidence and clarity create momentum. When people and processes align, businesses flourish.

Cheryl Catalano has spent her career in the wonderfully chaotic world of retail and pet services — leading teams, shaping customer experiences, and keeping big, busy operations moving with heart and purpose. Somewhere between managing national pet services, supporting franchise and small business owners, and helping teams find their rhythm, she realised her favourite part of the job wasn’t the spreadsheets or the strategy (though she secretly loves both). It was the people. The conversations that unlocked someone’s confidence. The moment a team finally clicked. The brave step someone took because she believed in them.

So, she built a consultancy around exactly that. Cheryl brings a calm, grounded energy and a knack for turning overwhelm into clarity. She helps people understand themselves better, communicate more openly, and move forward with confidence — whether through profiling, leadership conversations, or practical support that makes business feel lighter and more doable.

Cheryl brings a strong foundation of formal training to her practice, grounded in a Bachelor of Arts, executive development through Melbourne Business School, and professional DISC Profiling Accreditation. This blend of academic insight, leadership capability and behavioural understanding shapes the way she partners with clients — offering clarity, connection and beautifully simple pathways forward.

Her work is equal parts heart and practicality, with a dash of brave and bold. Because Cheryl believes that when people feel capable and supported, brilliant things happen — in teams, in businesses, and in the everyday moments that matter most.
